The market’s gluten-free waffle cones are another highlight, crafted with a campfire graham spice blend that reinvents the traditional dessert. These small-batch treats are sweetened with organic coconut sugar, ensuring that every bite is both tasty and low-glycemic.

“ Wow. What a magical place. Do you have allergies ? Well look no further this is the market for you. And you can substitute ingredients since the dishes are made to order. We called ahead to have our food ready upon arrival (with a hungry child worked like a charm). Only con: wish this place had a bathroom or at minimum a sink to wash your hands. Amazing waffle cones, prebiotics in most dishes and I could eat almost everything on the list. I recommend it ”
“ A great place for health forward eaters! This place strives to be the healthiest eatery in the world. They have food options, drink options, grocery options and much more. We tried the interesting goat-milk gelato and I found it was less heavy on my stomach and also didn’t melt as fast. The made in house waffle cone had an interesting and warm taste, never had one like it before, it is delicious. We also had the famous Yuccan fires. They are way crispier than any other regular potato fries and way less greasy too. Definitely a must visit if you’re in the area! There is a lovely trail right near by for hiking purposes. Only downside is there is no washroom. ”
“ Superb gluten-free options on the menu. The best gluten free pizza and cookies. An excellent small grocery area, as well. Staff are amazing. I work a very physically demanding job and always feel great and energized for my day after eating here. ”
“ We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The yucca fries were absolutely delicious. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza, customizing it with sheep cheese on one half and without on the other, as I typically don’t enjoy sheep cheese. However, I decided to try a slice with it, and to my surprise, it was a fantastic addition—bold in flavor but without any lingering aftertaste. Next time, I wouldn’t hesitate to have it again. Our dining companions, who aren’t gluten-free, were especially impressed with the crust and loved that it was made with sourdough. The owners were friendly and engaging. This is a unique experience that brings a little hipster to the Little Lake. ”
“ Adorable little place on the edge of Cambridge. Have visited on several locations usually for ice cream, which is amazing! Today I had the Mediterranean pizza. Gluten-free, pasture-raised, grass-fed sheep cheese. They use high quality ingredients. The pizza was incredible! Highly recommend this place even if you're not gluten free All food is gluten free and safe for people with celiac disease. ”
“ Fantastic little place! We just finished hiking, and popped in here to try their coffee. I have never, ever had such good coffee! It's cold brew, but made in a unique fashion. The gentleman serving us was very personable and extremely proud of his coffee. We didn't try the soup, but perhaps next time. There's also ice cream and various non edible wares for sale too. They also seem to go to great lengths to sell healthy foods. Very impressive! Plenty of parking out front. ”
“ Wow! I have never experienced anything like it. Yucca fries are incredible. I was a little sceptical when he said they had a 100% approval rating but I can absolutely see why and I am no longer a doubter! Couple that with incredible ingredients I was beyond pleasantly surprised that I stumbled across this place and had to order their poutine! Definitely sharable so bring a friend. I will definitely be back to try their pizza and a bigger serving of their gelato!! Thanks for all the samples and introducing me to yucca fries! ”
“ Delicious food and drinks. We had their Mediterranean Pizza and Summer Sausage Pizza, both on sour dough gluten free crust. By far the best gluten free pizza we have ever had. If you didn’t reveal that the crust is gluten free, you would never know. Sheep’s milk cheese makes the dairy more easily digested. Flavours are well balanced and so delicious. All food is local. The flour blend is locally sourced. Excellent coffee made with alkaline water. No bitter aftertaste. The dark roast was smooth without any sugar or milk. Their cold brew was sooo good. Sheep’s milk and a half shot of vanilla is what I added. Absolutely amazing. There are dairy free options too. One of our party had the yucca fries poutine with pulled pork, avocado and their in house sauce. So good! Easily for two. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They take great care with the food and are so attentive. Local meats, eggs, maple syrup and honey, chocolate too. Prices are competitive. I also found organic monk fruit drops without erythritol. Fresh yucca available too. This is a must visit if you have gluten allergies. Excellent, healthy food for anyone and everyone. We will definitely return. ”
